1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one registered account only on fbagee. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fbagee may reject a registration application or close an existing account if we determine that information provided during registration was false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. fbagee reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be suspended pending completion of KYC, and withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on fbagee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. fbagee does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fbagee accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. fbagee does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems, network outages, or banking maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. fbagee reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Funds deposited into your fbagee account may only be withdrawn to a payment method that you own and that has been verified. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

fbagee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all fbagee bonuses include:

• Each bonus offer is eligible to be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fbagee. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
• Systematically exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors to generate profit. Any winnings attributed to a confirmed platform error will be voided.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner, including using multiple identities to claim the same offer more than once.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other player accounts, the Platform's back-end systems, or any connected infrastructure.
